Refund Policy

At Vibemens, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience.


Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

For damaged or missing items, the issue must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

To raise a request, please contact our support team with your:

  • Order details
  • Registered contact number
  • Clear images (if applicable)

Step 2: Request Review

Our team will review your request within 2 working days and verify eligibility based on:

  • Product condition
  • Supporting evidence
  • Policy guidelines

Step 3: Reverse Pickup

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

You do not need to ship the item yourself unless specifically instructed by our support team.


Step 4: Product Inspection & Resolution

After the product is received, it undergoes a quality check.

Based on the inspection, we will proceed with:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (if replacement is not available)

Replacement & Exchange Policy

After approval:

  • A pickup will be scheduled
  • Once the item reaches us and passes quality inspection, a replacement will be dispatched

If the item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • An exchange for a similar product (subject to availability)

Exchange & Replacement Delivery Timeline

  • Replacement or exchanged products are shipped within 2–4 business days after inspection.
  • Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Returns / Replacements Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage or missing items are reported after 48 hours

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund, except in case of manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel
  • Socks, stockings, and personal wear accessories
  • Beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products once opened or used
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-Returnable”, or “Non-Refundable” on the product page
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products

Such items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.


Refund Timelines

  • Cancelled Orders: 3–5 business days
  • Returned Orders: 7–10 business days after pickup and successful quality check

Please note that actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Partial Returns

You may return one or more eligible items from an order as long as they meet the return criteria mentioned above.
